Siam Golden was born from a mother's kitchen in Chiang Mai, where recipes passed down through five generations came alive each evening. In 1998, the Malai family brought those cherished traditions to the heart of the city, creating a sanctuary where every guest feels like kin.
Our chefs hand-select each ingredient at dawn — from fragrant lemongrass and fiery bird's eye chilies to the creamiest coconut milk sourced directly from Thai farms. Every dish is prepared with the same reverence our ancestors poured into their cooking.
